Last Saturday, 5th November 2022, Vast Capital Mortgage Management (VCMM), as the ONLY financial institution invited, participated in the Midtown's Open Day event organized by Frasers Property, a well-known Australian real estate developer with a history of nearly 100 years.
The Midtown MacPark project is located in the heart of Macquarie Park, "an innovation precinct and an economic powerhouse in Sydney’s North District". The open day was held in the Sales & Display Centre of this project, attracting the participation of many buyers and investors.
The theme of this development project open day event was "what's really happening in Sydney's property market?".
A team of experts were invited to this event, including Dr. Andrew Wilson, a leading Australian property economist, to offer insights on all property-related things "from the state of the market and outlook ahead, obtaining finance, to what is equity and tips on investing well".
