On July 27, 2023, at Crown Melbourne, the 2023 MFAA Excellence Awards were held to honor top performers in the mortgage and finance broking industry for their outstanding achievements.
The ceremony featured 19 award categories, and over 100 finalists anxiously awaited to hear their names called as the winners were announced.
Anja Pannek, the CEO of MFAA, stated that the Excellence Awards acknowledged and honored individuals who had demonstrated exceptional performance in various aspects, such as customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth, and innovation.
