VCMM's first debut in Melbourne at 28th Australian Property Expo stole the spotlight

Melbourne, March 25-26 - The 28th Australian Property Expo took place at the prestigious Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre last weekend, bringing together industry experts and property enthusiasts under one roof.

Among the major sponsors of the event was Vast Capital Mortgage Management (VCMM), a leading provider of mortgage loan solutions. VCMM leveraged this opportunity to offer personalized consultations and share their knowledge on mortgage loans with attendees. The two-day event proved to be a resounding success for VCMM, as they left a lasting impression on the crowd and gained invaluable insights into the market.

Event Recap

VCMM's booth, located at M3 and just straight ahead from the main entrance of the exhibition hall, immediately caught the attention of many customers upon entering.

Throughout the event, a steady stream of guests visited VCMM's booth. The crowds gathered, and hundreds of guests came to inquire and learn about the products and advantages of non-bank lending institutions!

During the event, we had the pleasure of providing professional consultations to a diverse range of attendees, including potential homebuyers, investors, local mortgage brokers, and other peers in Melbourne. Our experienced team members played their respective roles and imparted their knowledge about non-bank lending institutions and their mortgage products and services, while also showcasing VCMM's one-stop loan services to the interested parties.

This successful event was an excellent opportunity for our team to further enhance our brand image, and we look forward to continuing to provide comprehensive and customized financial solutions to our clients.

and provided attentive service to every customer who came to inquire

Exhibition Highlights

The two free seminars on non-bank lending institutions were a big hit with attendees, providing valuable knowledge and insights.

The lucky draw was also a highlight of the event, with 17 lucky winners receiving major prizes and over 100 participants receiving commemorative prizes.

Free mortgage seminars

As invited by the organizer, our certified loan experts, Kelly Lam and Sebastian Zhang, provided valuable insights to attendees during the two seminars held on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

Kelly Lam delivered an insightful seminar in English on Saturday at the exhibition,

titled "Insights into the Advantages of Non-Bank Lending"

Sebastian Zhang delivered a Chinese seminar on Sunday,

covering the theme of "Maximizing Loan Amount with Product Features During Interest Rate Hikes"

Kelly and Sebastian provided insights into the advantages of non-bank loan products for different types of homebuyers by analyzing their characteristics. This helped attendees gain a better understanding of non-bank mortgage loans, especially in light of the current tightened lending criteria by traditional banks.

The two seminars proved to be a hit, drawing in a large number of potential borrowers who left with a strong interest in non-bank loan products and newfound confidence in obtaining the financing they require. Following the event, many visitors stopped by VCMM's booth to learn more about our loan products and application procedures in-depth!

Free Lucky Draw

At the Property Expo, our free lucky draw with a 100% winning rate was another exciting event that drew great interest from the expo attendees. We carefully prepared highly practical prizes with a high chance of winning.

Over the course of the two-day expo, we held 4 lucky draws, and approximately 140 people registered and participated on-site. VCMM became the MOST POPULAR booth at the expo.

Even after the event ended and all the prizes had been distributed, there were still attendees who came to inquire about whether we would be returning next year.
