On 28 October 2022, Vast Capital Mortgage Management (VCMM) welcomed the grand opening of its Adelaide Branch.
Representatives of South Australian politicians, local Chinese parliamentarians, business elites, local chambers of commerce, companies and media were invited to join this event and witness the "birth" of the Vast Capital Adelaide Branch.
The establishment of the Vast Capital Adelaide Branch also means that Adelaide will usher in a new non-bank mortgage model.
Opening Ceremony
Guests started to sign in and enter the 600-square-meter venue from 5pm.
A live lion dance performance kicked off the opening ceremony.
Accompanied by the melodious music of the live band, everyone began to enjoy the wine and food to the fullest.
The opening ceremony officially started at 6pm. The venue was packed with valued guests and friends.

South Australian Police Deputy Commissioner Mrs Linda Williams and her husband,
Chairman of the South Australia Multicultural Committee, Ms Adriana Christopoulos and her husband,
Mr Chen Wenfang and Ms Zhang Deling, members of the Multicultural Committee,
Mrs Cathy Chong AM, the recipient of the Order of Merit,
Mr Franz Knoll, Mr Simon Hou, Mr Hugo Siu and Mr Jing Li, candidates for the Adelaide City Council, and
presidents and representatives of various South Australian associations and chambers of commerce, jointly attended the opening ceremony.
Speech Session
Ms Hon. Jing Lee MLC, member of the House of Representatives of the South Australian Legislative Assembly, Adelaide mayoral candidate Ms Sandy Verschoor, and South Australian Police Commissioner Mr Grant Stevens delivered speeches to congratulate the grand opening of the Vast Capital Adelaide Branch.
Mr Jeff Lee, Founder and Managing Director of Vast Capital Mortgage Management (headquarters), also gave a speech, expressing his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for the establishment of the Vast Capital Adelaide Branch!
The final speech was delivered by Ms Judy Wang, the Managing Director of the Vast Capital Adelaide Branch.
Judy first looked back her more than 10 years' experience in the mortgage industry, and then shared her story with Vast Capital.
A trip to Sydney allowed her to meet Jeff Lee, Tina Liu and Peter Lee of Vast Capital and started this win-win cooperation.
Finally, Judy looked forward to the development of the Vast Capital Adelaide Branch. She said that many people are still unfamiliar with non-banks, but the arrival of Vast Capital will bring a new mortgage model to Adelaide, and everyone will gradually find that non-banks are no worse than banks.
The exciting ribbon-cutting ceremony began right after the speech session.
As the guests picked up the golden scissors symbolizing "wealth" and cut the ribbon, the Vast Capital Adelaide Branch officially opened, bringing the atmosphere of the scene to a climax!
There was also a lucky draw session. Congratulations to the lucky winners!
