CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Mandarin & English Speaking

Main Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries via phone, online chat, and email, delivering exceptional customer service.

Maintain detailed records of communications with internal and external parties for each enquiry, including email correspondence, call recordings, and online chat transcripts.

Handle all post-settlement matters efficiently.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Assist with data entry tasks when required.

Other ad hoc duties as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

  1. Exceptional proficiency in communication, adept in both English and Mandarin, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  2. Demonstrated organizational prowess, a high level of accountability, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

  3. Familiarity with CRM systems or a rapid learning aptitude.

  4. Experience in finance, accounting, or real estate, particularly in the mortgage industry, or an educational background in accounting or finance, is highly regarded.
